Create Space, founded by Angharad Pelling, is a yoga, sound therapy and creative workshops provider based in Bangor, Gwynedd, North Wales.

Angharad is primarily an Artist and has over 15 years of teaching experience, working as a secondary and primary Art specialist teacher in London and Wales.

Born in Bangor and raised in London, Angharad moved back to Wales with her family in 2018 and subsequently trained as a yoga teacher (260 + hrs) with the Yoga Aliance accredited Parampara school of yoga, Poppy Perinatal yoga and more recently trained as a sound therapist with the Sound Healing Academy, completing foundational training then a diploma.

Angharad teaches a variety of classes but ultimately has a Viniyoga approach, meaning yoga for all. Classes are suitable for most, Some classes may be more dynamic and heat building than others, so make sure to check the description of the class before you book. Options and modifications are given, rest can be taken at any time and props are welcomed.
